April Fool’s Day was rescheduled for three days earlier this year, so on Wednesday you can let your guard down.

A deeply atmospheric musical work by composer Franz Liszt depicting the final events of Jesus’s life, performed by the mixed choir HUIK! and enhanced with video visuals. The choir and guest baritone soloist from the Estonian National Opera are accompanied on a harmonium by Ulla Krigul, organist of the Finnish congregation in Tallinn.

3 April Easter Market in Põhara, Pärnu
The city of Pärnu stretches far into the countryside, and this market on its north-western edge—20 km away in the village of Põhara—always attracts plenty of vendors and visitors. There’s a carousel and a petting zoo for children, refreshments for everyone, and it’s best to bring cash for purchases.
3–5 April Roxette UK tour, Tallinn, Jõhvi, Tartu
A tribute band honouring the beloved Swedish duo performs a full set of hits across three concerts in Estonia, with choruses that most of the audience will undoubtedly know by heart.

Held from 10:00 to 15:00 on Valga’s central square, the market offers handicrafts, food products, household goods, and farm produce from across Southern Estonia.

The Arsis handbell ensemble and organist Kristel Aer perform works by Bach, Vivaldi, and Chopin in three atmospheric churches in the spirit of Easter.
5 April Collectors’ flea market, Tartu
Whatever you collect—stamps, coins, old photographs, medals and badges, prepaid SIM cards, war memorabilia or art—this flea market for buyers and sellers may prove addictive. Held at Hansa School from 9:00 to 13:00, with a symbolic €1 entrance fee.
