Tens of thousands of people are expected to visit museums in Estonia on Museum Night

The popular annual International Museum Night will take place on Saturday, May 18, in Estonia. Museums will extend their opening hours until late into the night, welcoming visitors with either reduced admission fees or completely free entry. More than 200 museums across the country are participating this year.

This year the event is entitled: “Öös on vabadust” (There is Freedom in the Night). Last year, the event attracted an impressive 70 000 visitors, and this year, again, tens of thousands of people are expected to participate.

In addition to exploring the exhibits on Museum Night, there is also a special offer from May 16-19: a discounted museum card, available for 49.99 euros, which is ten euros less than the regular price. This card grants you free access to over 100 museums across Estonia for an entire year from the date of the purchase.
