The Traditional Scottish Party has grown to be a key part of Haapsalu’s entertainment calendar. The event, which marks Burns Night, will see visitors treated to Scottish food, music, and dancing.

Burns Night is one of, if not, the most important evenings of the year for Scottish people. The night, which celebrates the world-renowned poet Robert Burns, is a time to enjoy Scottish traditions and classic food such as haggis, neeps, and tatties.

The Traditional Scottish Party in Haapsalu, which is supported by the British Embassy, is no different. At Kaluri Klubihoone, attendees will be able to enjoy a sumptuous buffet featuring traditional Scottish food. That is not all they will be treated to, with authentic entertainment including the Helsinki Cèilidh Band and the bagpipe virtuoso, Philip Graeme Lawson Barlow. For those feeling active, there will also be the opportunity to learn traditional Scottish dancing from a teacher.

Tickets for the event, which are priced at 35 euros, are available for purchase on Piletilevi
