Depeche Mode to play in Tallinn next August

Yesterday (October 4), Depeche Mode announced the dates for their upcoming world tour – “The Memento Mori Tour”. The band play will play at the Song Festival Grounds (Lauluväljak) in Tallinn on August 6, 2023.
The new tour, which will showcase songs from their soon-to-be-released Memento Mori album will be the first since the death of the band’s founder member and keyboard player Andrew Fletcher in May this year.
The tour, which will begin at Madison Square Garden in New York next March, is the first since their 130-date “Global Spirit Tour”, which attracted more than 3 million fans back in 2017 and 2018.
The show in Tallinn on August 6 will be the band’s only concert in the Baltics. It will be Depeche Mode’s fourth appearance in Estonia, after previous concerts in 1998, 2001, and 2006.
Tickets for the concert in Tallinn go on pre-sale today and on general sale on October 7. Tickets can be bought on the Piletilevi ticketing portal here.
