Tallinn Summer Opera 2024: Costume Concerts at Town Hall

Every Friday and Saturday evening up until August 17, tourists and locals alike have the opportunity to enjoy the Tallinn Summer Opera costume concerts in the city’s Town Hall.
The concerts which each begin at 6 pm will feature arias, duets, and trios from world-renowned composers, offering a 60-minute performance of high-level opera music. What sets these performances apart are the period costumes and aesthetic stage design that create a unique atmosphere.
Summer Opera 2024 presents an exceptional opportunity to enjoy high quality opera music in the historic setting of Tallinn Town Hall, with performances by some of Estonia’s best opera singers. The lineup includes sopranos Maria Listra, Marion Melnik, Kristina Vähi, Maria Veretenina; mezzo-sopranos Sandra Laagus, Annaliisa Pillak, Karmen Puis; tenors Heldur-Harry Põlda (from the National Opera Estonia), Yixuan Wang; baritone Aare Saal; and bass Pavlo Balakin. The pianists accompanying them will be Piia Paemurru and Jaan Ots.
