Fix up, look sharp – Dizzee Rascal comes to Tallinn

Legendary British rapper Dizzee Rascal will perform at Helitehas in Tallinn this evening. The British MC and rapper is in Tallinn as part of his Don’t Take it Personal Tour.

Dizzee Rascal’s latest album Don’t Take it Personal was released in February this year, along with his new single How Did I Get So Calm. The concert at Helitehas in Tallinn this evening will blend songs from his new album as well as classic hits.

The rapper hit the big time in the UK at the tender age of 18 in 2003 with  his debut album Boy in da Corner, which featured hits like the now iconic Fix up, Look Sharp. In the subsequent years he has go on to collaborate with the likes of Calvin Harris, Robbie Williams, and will.i.am, which also shocases his versatility among musical genres.

“I could just be a glutton – drinking, smoking, doing drugs – and I’d still be all right. Because, in rock’n’roll terms, people think that’s cool. But I want to stay focused. It’s quite boring, to be fair,” said Dizzee in an interview in 2017.

Tickets for the concert are still available at the time of writing.
