The Tallink ferry Megastar, which serves the Tallinn-Helsinki route will be out of service from January 7-10, due to planned technical maintenance.
During the planned technical maintenance days in the port of Tallinn, the vessel will undergo a number of maintenance works which cannot be carried out properly while the vessel is in operation. These include, for example, engine maintenance, replacement of safety valves in the vessel’s LNG system, maintenance of the vessel’s life-saving equipment and sprinkler systems. In addition to the maintenance work, the vessel is subject to an annual survey.
During the maintenance days of the Megastar, the company’s vessels MyStar and Victoria I will operate on the Tallinn-Helsinki route. The schedule will be as follows:
From Tallinn to Helsinki:
7:30 AM – MyStar
12:30 PM – Victoria I
1:30 PM – MyStar
7:30 PM – MyStar
From Helsinki to Tallinn:
10:30 AM – MyStar
16:30 PM – MyStar
18:35 PM – Victoria I
22:30 PM – MyStar
Megastar will resume normal service from Tallinn on January 11 at 10.30 am.
