Chris Norman, the legendary voice behind the iconic 70s band Smokie, is set to perform at the Unibet Arena in Tallinn on August 30. Fans can expect a mix of his classic hits as well as new material from his latest album.
Norman first rose to fame as the lead singer of Smokie, a band that dominated the charts in the 1970s with hits like “Living Next Door to Alice,” “If You Think You Know How to Love Me,” and “Oh Carol.” His distinctive voice and charismatic stage presence quickly made him a fan favourite.
In 1986, Norman decided to leave Smokie to pursue a solo career, a move that proved to be highly successful. His debut solo single, “Midnight Lady,” was a massive hit across Europe, especially in Germany, where it topped the charts for six weeks. Over the years, Norman has released 21 hit singles and 22 albums, selling over 20 million records worldwide.
The upcoming concert in Tallinn will be a special event for Norman’s fans, as he will not only perform his well-loved classics but also introduce new songs from his latest album “Junction 55”. Known for his ability to blend rock, pop, and soft ballads, Chris Norman’s live performances continue to captivate audiences around the world with his unique sound and emotional delivery.
