10 March–31 December Ülemiste BrickExpo, Tallinn

A new LEGO exhibition featuring over a hundred larger and rare sets, as well as some original, life-size creations by the organisers.

 

5–26 April, Smelt Festival, Pärnu

This popular fish will be celebrated in the restaurants of Pärnu for most of April.

 

7, 8, 9 April “Grease” the musical, Tallinn

Three live performances of one of the world’s favourite musicals set against the backdrop of the early rock’n’roll era exploring young love.

 

8–12 April Harpsichord Festival, Tallinn

A series of concerts featuring the harpsichord, and this year’s event is the 30th anniversary. The concerts all take place in St Nicholas’ Church and Kadriorg Palace.

11 April Music Bazaar, Tallinn

In connection with Tallinn Music Week, there will be a massive music bazaar at the Balti Jaam Market featuring records, cassettes, CDs, and more.

 

11 April La Traviata, Tartu

The first performance in a series of four total in April and May of Giuseppe Verdi’s most popular opera, in the Grand Hall of the Vanemuine Theatre.

 

12 April Keskturg Flea Market, Tallinn

A massive flea market in Tallinn’s retro Central Market, or Keskturg, where visitors are likely to be able to find almost anything they can imagine.

 

14 April Estonian Runic Songs “Regilaulupesa” concert, Viljandi

Traditional Estonian runic songs performed by Brett Hiiob in Viljandi’s Traditional Music Centre, or Pärimusmuusika ait.
