2–11 September Arvo Pärt Days, Estonia

Arvo Pärt’s music is being celebrated with a concert series across Estonia. The event offers an opportunity to experience works by the world-renowned Estonian composer in both intimate church settings, and large concert halls.

 

4–7 September Station Narva, Narva

Culture and music festival in Narva. International artists take the stage at Hermann Castle. In addition to concerts, the programme includes city events, guided tours, and plenty of other creative activities.

 

5–6 September Honey Festival, Karksi-Nuia

Honey-lovers gather in Karksi-Nuia to taste different flavours and learn about the important role bees play in our ecosystem. Naturally, honey will also be available for purchase to take home.

 

5–14 September Saaremaa Food Festival, Saaremaa

The Saaremaa Food Festival invites you to try local flavours and island specialties. Restaurants and cafés serve up a selection of Saaremaa’s finest tastes—all at an affordable price.

 

6 September Türi Apple Festival and Autumn Fair, Türi

Türi is known for hosting Estonia’s largest flower market, but in autumn the town fills with apples and harvest delights. At the market, you can buy local products, and enjoy a variety of entertainment.

 

6 September Aidu Festival, Aidu

At the Aidu Festival, visitors enjoy concerts, and get to explore the activities and offerings of the Aidu Water Sports Centre. This event is designed for the whole family.

 

6 September Kuressaare Street Picnic, Kuressaare

Kuressaare’s Lossi Street transforms into a large picnic area, where long banquet tables will be full of food and a cheerful atmosphere. What could be more fun than eating and toasting together! The gatherings are accompanied by musical performances.

 

6–7 September Jüri Jaanson Two Bridges Race, Pärnu

In one of Estonia’s most popular running events, runners enjoy both the sport and the scenery. The route runs along Pärnu’s beautiful beaches and bridges.

 

7 September Estonian Bread Day and Autumn Fair, Tallinn

The Estonian Open Air Museum is filled with the scent of fresh bread and autumn markets. Throughout the day, visitors can watch how bread was traditionally baked, learn about Estonian bread varieties, and of course, taste and buy some to take home.

 

7 September Lihula Autumn Fair, Lihula

The traditional autumn markets in Lihula offer handicrafts, food, and local products. The event is a warm-hearted village celebration where the whole family can enjoy themselves.
