Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend—10th Anniversary

 

Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend is a two-day international craft beer festival on 29–30 May in Tallinn’s Kultuurikatel, or Creative Hub. This year’s event marks the tenth anniversary of the festival organised by Põhjala Brewery. Since 2015 Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend has established itself as one of the best-known craft beer festivals in Northern Europe.

The festival is built around an “all-inclusive tasting” or “buffet-style” concept. Rather than purchasing drinks individually, visitors buy a festival ticket that includes a tasting glass, and access to sample beers from participating breweries while supplies last. The organisers state that attendees will be able to taste more than 350–400 different beers over the two-day event. Headache medication is not included in the ticket price.

TCBW focuses on contemporary craft brewing, and features breweries from Estonia and abroad. The 2026 lineup includes producers from the United States, United Kingdom, Scandinavia, Germany, Spain, Poland, Greece, Latvia, and elsewhere in Europe. Confirmed international breweries include Mikkeller, Cloudwater, Other Half Brewing, To Øl, and Lervig. Estonian participants include Pühaste, Anderson, Käbliku, and Põhjala.

The festival venue, Kultuurikatel, is a renovated industrial complex located near Tallinn’s waterfront and creative districts. Organizers emphasize the venue’s industrial architecture and central location as an important part of the festival atmosphere.

Tickets are sold as one-day or two-day passes, although the two-day passes are sold out. Day passes are still available for €96.30, and the event is restricted to visitors aged 18 and older. More information is available here.
