Metal icons Megadeth to perform in Tallinn in July

It has been confirmed that iconic thrash metal band Megadeth will perform at Lauluväljak in Tallinn on July 26. The concert, which is part of the band’s “Europe…2023!” tour, will be their only performance in the Baltics.
Founded in 1983 by lead vocalist and lyricist Dave Mustaine and bassist David Ellefson, Megadeth have released 16 studio albums (6 of which have gone Platinum), and sold more than 40 million records worldwide.
The Grammy award-winning band are considered one of the big four thrash metal bands along with Metallica, Anthrax and Slayer.
Tickets for the July 26 concert will go on general sale at 11 am on February 3 on the Piletilevi ticketing portal here. However, Piletilevi newsletter “Piletipost” subscribers will be able to buy tickets from 11 am today (February 1).
