Uma Mekk Restaurant Week begins tomorrow in South Estonia

Tomorrow, May 3, will see the beginning of the 10-day long UMA Mekk Spring Gourmet week in the old Võrumaa region. In total, 11 restaurants in the area will offer special 3-course menus made from local produce by the region’s best chefs.
The special spring menus of UMA MEKK invite you to discover delicacies made from fresh ingredients from the Old Võrumaa region in South Estonia. Each dish being created by the region’s top chefs with a love and attention detail to offer unforgettable taste experiences.
The restaurants taking part in the UMA Mekk Spring Gourmet week are Lihuniku Äri, Suur Muna, Haanjamehe Talu, Ilmaveere, Piusa Visitors Centre Mahlaveski Cafe, Ööbikuoru Villa, Mõisaait, Mooste Viinavabrik, Pesa Hotel Restaurant, and Ugandi Resto. The price of the 3-course special menus at all of the participating restaurants is €32.
It is worth bearing in mind that reservations must be made in advance by contacting the participating restaurants directly. All of the restaurants, their menus, and contact details can be found on the official UMA Mekk Spring Gourmet week website here (in Estonia).
