Tallinn Restaurant Week

Fine cuisine in Tallinn has come a long way over the years, and this year visitors and locals alike can celebrate the success of the Estonian restaurant. 101 of Tallinn’s finest dining establishments are offering special deals on lunch and dinner the first week of November: Tallinn Restaurant Week. If you plan your meals accordingly, you can even taste Michelin excellence.

Since its debut in 2011 in connection with Tallinn’s European Culture Capital title, Tallinn Restaurant Week takes place twice a year, and has so far sold over 280,000 tickets for fine dining experiences. This edition of TRW features green choices at almost 30 restaurants, for those concerned about environmentally-friendly agriculture.

The world-famous Michelin Guide, now recognising restaurants in over 40 countries, is no longer a stranger to Estonia. This year, two Estonian restaurants have received Michelin stars, the highest award for culinary excellence: NOA Chef’s Hall has one star, and 180° has two stars. Additionally, there are 27 restaurants in Tallinn that have received a mention from Michelin.

Lunch specials start at €15 for a two-course meal, and dinner specials start at €25 for a three-course meal. The complete list of participating restaurants—and their prices—is available here. Reservations must be booked at least one day in advance, and reservations are for parties of two to six people.
