Ghetto Games Festival today in Tallinn

Today, July 15, next to the Estonian Maritime Museum at the Seaplane Harbour, the street sports and culture festival “Ghetto Games” will take place for the very first time in Tallinn. The event, which is part of Tallinn Maritime Days, will see a full day of sports competitions, from basketball and street football, to dancing and combat sports.
Basketball teams from Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Sweden, and Finland will compete in the 3v3 “Ghetto Basket”, basketball tournament. The best teams qualifying for a final tournament in the Latvian city of Ventspils. There will also be a 3v3 and 1v1 football tournament, that is open to teams from under 12 all the way to professional teams, along with street hockey.
In addition to team sports, there will be three categories of Ghetto Dance competitions (“Hip-hop”, “Break Dance” and Dance Hall”), which will take place as 1v1 competitions. The 1v1 competition format will continue at Ghetto Fight, where specially invited Estonian and international fighters from Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania will compete for the title of champion.
Ghetto Games will take place today, July 15, next to the Estonian Maritime Museum at the Seaplane Harbour between 11 am and 8 pm.
