Estonian Open 2025

Not many people are good enough at bowling to actually participate in a tournament, and certainly not on the level we will see at the Estonian Open 2025 international tournament Tallinn. But bowling is a sport nearly everyone has tried at least once, and even if you are horrible at it, it’s safe to say most people would be interested in improving their skills. What better way than to watch the world’s best, in person?

Come on down to Elamus Bowling, at Akadeemia tee 30, in the western part of Tallinn. Or you can watch it live. The competitions themselves will consist of six American-style series for the preliminary round. There will also be a “Desperado” round consisting of one game, and the top two bowlers will advance to the finals.

The finals themselves will have five consecutive rounds, culminating in “step-ladder game mode”, meaning the two lowest-ranked finalists battle it out to advance up the “ladder”. Awards will be offered for the following categories: U-14, U-18, Women, Seniors, Veterans, B-class, and C-class.

The prize pool is a big fat €33,000 to be distributed among the winners. This competition is an official part of the Estonian Bowling Association.

If you would like to try your luck, or just watch a fun event in person, go here for more information.
