A night of Jazz in Paide

The New Baltic Trio, which is made up of three musicians, one from each of the Baltic states, will perform a concert tomorrow evening, February 1, at the Paide Music and Theatre House. The group will perform their own musical creations as well as jazz classics.
Estonian guitarist Jaak Sooäär, Latvian saxophonist Toms Rudzinskis, and Lithuanian trumpeter Dominykas Vysniauskas are all experienced international jazz musicians, who have known each other for a long time. As well as jamming together, the three men also ran a summer music course together in Latvia in 2022.
However, it wasn’t until last autumn that the three performed their first concert as The New Baltic Trio. The group’s repertoire includes songs created by its members, as well as widely known and regarded jazz classics.
Tickets for the concert, which is supported by the Ministry of Culture, are available at Piletimaailm.
