Tallinn Maritime Days 2026

Tallinn’s Maritime Days is one of the country’s largest celebrations of the sea, and this year’s event is dubbed “Where Summer Vibes”. Three days at four harbours along Tallinn’s coastline will feature live music, ships and smaller watercraft on display, family-friendly activities, and naturally “sea taxis”, taking visitors back and forth from harbour to harbour.

Vanasadam, or the Old City Harbour, is right next to the main passenger harbours, and will open at noon on the first day of the festival. There will be a shopping area, arts and crafts workshops as well as face-painting and other fun activities for children, and at 17:00 there will be a maritime parade. Evening entertainment includes performances by Curly Strings at 17:30, followed two hours later by Estonia’s nostalgic dance music kings, Caater, and finally A-Rühm, Estonia’s A-Team of rap. If you want to visit another harbour during any of these events, take a sea taxi! A ticket is required, naturally.

After taking the sea taxi to the Seaplane Harbour, or Lennusadam, there is a children’s event called “The Sea Calls for Adventure”, from 10:00 until 16:00, as well as several pirate-themed activities. Starting at 13:00 there will be boat races. There will be several musical acts, headlined by Põhja-Tallinn.

Or go to Noblessner Marina, where visitors can learn about safety at sea, shop, enjoy delicious food, take kayak cruises, visit saunas, and finally a concert by Sõpruse Puiestee. That same evening at the Kalaranna Harbour there will be a silent disco from 21:00 until midnight.

The second day of the festival will feature more of the same activities in case you couldn’t attend the first day, as well as beach sports coaching and games at Kalaranna, not to mention evening dance classes. The evening’s main concerts feature Röövel Ööbik, Liis Lemsalu, Singer Vinger, Genka, Liisi Koikson, Grete Paia, and more.

The third day will have an ice cream fun run for children, as well as a workshop at Proto Discovery Centre for building a sailing car, and more of the same activities as the first two days.
