MICHELIN GUIDE ESTONIA 2025 Is Published

One new MICHELIN Bib Gourmand was awarded to a restaurant known for its good value for money. Nine new restaurants were added to the MICHELIN list, including one awarded the MICHELIN Green Star for promoting sustainable gastronomy, and one with the Bib Gourmand.

The MICHELIN Guide Estonia 2025 recommends a total of 43 restaurants, including one with two and one with one MICHELIN star, seven with the Bib Gourmand, and three with the MICHELIN Green Star, which serve as examples of responsible gastronomy.

“We are delighted to welcome nine new restaurants to the MICHELIN Guide Estonia. These eateries demonstrate the diversity of Estonian cuisine, offering not only modern interpretations of classic Estonian recipes, but also taste experiences from Italian, Chinese, and Japanese cuisine. The addition of a new Bib Gourmand restaurant, UMA, highlights the value for money offered in the capital. The awarding of Hiis with a green star is a testament to the country’s growing awareness of responsible food culture,” says Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the MICHELIN Guides.

One Michelin star was retained by the award-winning NOA Chef’s Hall, while two stars were still firmly in its grasp at 180° by Matthias Diether.

Eight new restaurants were added to the MICHELIN Guide ESTONIA: HOOV, Koyo, Morel Bistroo, Osteria il Cru, Shang Shi, VÕIVÕI, TOKO, and Hiis.
