The spirit of Eurovision comes to Tartu

On April 7 and 8 the spirit of Eurovision will come to Tartu. During the four concerts at the Estonian National Museum (ERM), spectators will be able to enjoy many of the most popular Eurovision songs of all time, performed by famous Estonian singers. In total, more than 300 performers will appear on stage over the course of the concert.
The concert will feature popular Estonia singers Koit Toome, Rolf Roosalu, Anna-Lea Haamer, and Kaarel Orumägi, as well as opera diva Elina Nechayeva, who in 2018 participated in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song “La forza”. The event will be hosted by actor Veikko Täär.
Anna-Lea Haamer is a well-known Estonian jazz singer and songwriter. Kaarel Orumägi is an accomplished actor and singer, who has, among other things, founded a music theatre for young people in Türi. Koit Toome is a very well-known Estonian singer. As well as also performing at Eurovisio himself he has also performed in major musicals, such as Les Misérables. Musician and singer Rolf Roosalu has participated in no less than six Eurovision qualifiers in Estonia. His stage persona has also been enjoyed in numerous musicals.
The concert will also include performances from young singers from Laulupesa singing studio as well as dancers from the Shaté dance group. In total, 300 performers will be seen on stage during the concert.

In total, the aptly named Laulupesa and Shaté Eurovision concerts will be performed four times:
07.08, 1 pm and 7 pm
08.08, 12 noon and 7 pm.
