Every Tuesday at 6 pm between now and the end of April, cyclists of all ages are invited to free bike rides around Tartu. The “Cyclists’ Tuesdays” events are organised by the Tartu Cyclists’ Society.
Each week, you can expect a slightly different route. However, the starting point at the Tartu 2024 monument in the Town Hall Square will remain the same.
The primary aim of the rides is to foster a sense of community among riders, while promoting the presence of cyclists in the city. By coming together, cyclists can not only enjoy the pleasure of biking, but also explore hidden parts of the city they may not have noticed before.
The rides are free of charge and open to all riders. While younger cyclists are encouraged to join, it’s recommended that small children ride with a parent for safety.
The “Cyclists’ Tuesdays” rides, which usually last around 1 hour, will take place every Tuesday at 6 pm until April 30. You can learn more by clicking here.
