Erki Pärnoja
For the first time in six years, this very popular festival featuring classic and modern rock is returning to Haapsalu Castle. It will feature the UK Pink Floyd Experience, and Uriah Heep, as the headliners. Imagine a concert of Pink Floyd’s unforgettable music with a laser show against the backdrop of medieval walls, with fresh sea air at the very end of summer.
Also performing will be Ziggy Wild, Led R, Erki Pärnoja, and Taavi Peterson, all from Estonia. The first day of the festival will be opened by Peterson, who is known for his “cinematic and nostalgic soundscapes”. Led R will also perform that night. If you don’t know that name, you actually might know them by their former name: Ruja. The surviving members will perform tribute music to their mentors, Led Zeppelin.
The second night will have Pärnoja opening, and Ziggy Wild, fronted by the very talented Laura Prits. Uriah Heep will then take the stage. These English legends formed their band back in 1969, and this Rock in Haapsalu festival is part of their official farewell tour, “Magicians Farewell”. This is your last chance to see them live in Estonia!
