David Guetta Comes to Tallinn

Two-time Grammy award-winning DJ and producer David Guetta is coming to Tallinn on 23 August for what is probably the region’s biggest dance music concert in history. It will be his only appearance in the Baltics and Nordics, showcasing his “The Monolith” tour in Estonia’s capital city.

What makes David Guetta special is that unlike most DJs, who are exactly that—disc jockeys, mixing and playing other artists’ music—this French-born artist creates and produces most of his own music. This is how he has become so globally influential in the electronic dance music genre. He is widely known for hits such as “Titanium”, “Without You”, “She Wolf”, “Turn Me On”, and “When Love Takes Over”. Whether you’re a fan of EDM or not, you would surely recognise and even enjoy at least one or two of these massive hits.

Not only is Guetta’s music groundbreaking, his concert incorporates a light show never seen before in the Baltics or Scandinavia. If audiovisual is your thing, this is one concert you will not want to miss. What makes the venue for the concert so special in addition to all of this—Tallinn’s famous Song Festival Grounds—is that it is quite literally next to the sea, bringing fresh evening air into the audience.

Guetta has headlined the world’s largest festivals, he’s been ranked the top DJ in the world multiple times, and he is widely credited with inventing the EDM genre. He is also the world’s most-listened-to DJ.
