29 Mar–21 Jun Estonian National Opera guided tours, Tallinn

Ever wonder what it looks like behind the big curtain of a major opera, or even the view from the main stage looking out into the audience? Guided tours of the Estonian National Opera are generally offered twice a week, on Fridays and Saturdays, in Estonian, English, and sometimes Russian.

 

7 April The Elvis Concert 2025, Tallinn

Celebrate the King of Rock’s 90th birthday in the Alexela Concert Hall! Featuring the greatest hits of Elvis Presley as performed by Dwight Icenhower, you’ll feel like you’re in Graceland itself.

 

8 April Stand-up Comedy in Broken English, Narva

Narva has a lot to offer in this exciting, largely undiscovered city at Estonia’s eastern border. So why not go and check out a night of live stand-up comedy in English, as well? Tickets are available for the show at Vaba Lava Narva.

 

9–25 April Defending Freedom: Estonian Civil Society in the Russo-Ukrainian War, Tallinn

This exhibition at the Vabamu Museum showcases how Estonian civil society has helped Ukraine during the Russian invasion of their country. From aiding children, donations, military equipment and more, the exhibits are certain to leave a lasting impression on visitors.

 

10 April Sake Calling!, Tallinn

Learn everything there is to know about sake, the national drink of Japan, how it’s produced, and the perfect accompaniments. Held in Tallinn’s Heldeke! venue and hosted by Jerome, five high-quality sakes and perfect snacks to go with them will be available for this unique experience.

 

11 April From Monteverde to Vivaldi, Tartu

Venetian polyphonic music performed by the Ellerhein Girls’ Choir, and Hortus Musicus. A concert of music in the style of the birthplace of Baroque itself, in Tartu’s St. John’s Church.

 

11 April Jody Wisternoff, Tallinn

The UK’s Jody Wisternoff, founder of the dance music band Way Out West, will visit Estonia for the first time. His rave culture background will provide for an unforgettable night in Club NINE.

 

12 April The Magical Music of Harry Potter—Live in Concert, Tallinn

If you can’t make it to the Hogwarts Express on time, you can definitely make it to this concert. Featuring the most beloved themes and songs from the Harry Potter film series as performed by a live symphony orchestra, a choir, and magical illusions, this concert will also wow guests with a surprise visit from the movie itself!

 

12–13 April Tõstamaa Rock Party 2025, Pärnu

A weekend of rock’n’roll with some of Estonia’s greatest artists of the genre, headlined by Estonian superstars Tuberkuloited. Hosted by Baar Väljas just outside Pärnu, this is an ideal opportunity to get to know Estonian party life outside a nightclub.

 

13 April The Lizard, Tallinn

One of the first performances of The Lizard, which was an unfinished composition begun in 1987 by Estonian composer Lepo Sumera (1950–2000), and finalised for the stage by composer Märt-Matis Lill. A ballet featuring a love story that begins during war, presented by the Estonian National Opera.
