The 2024 MICHELIN Guide Estonia has been released:

The third edition of the MICHELIN Guide Estonia has been published, which highlights the best restaurants in the country. This year, four new restaurants were recognised by the prestigious guide. There are now 35 restaurants in Estonia recognised by the MICHELIN Guide.

Estonia’s only restaurant with two MICHELIN stars, 180° by Matthias Diether, maintains its high recognition for a second year in a row. NOA Chef’s Hall also retains its one MICHELIN star.

New Additions: Four new restaurants have joined the selection

MICHELIN inspectors were delighted to add four new restaurants to the Estonian restaurant guide this year.

ÂME – A restaurant on the outskirts of Tallinn’s Old Town,  offering modern dishes inspired by French cuisine. The MICHELIN inspectors were particularly struck by the harmony of the combinations, which is a testimony to the skill of the chefs.

RADIO – A bistro in Kadriorg, offers seasonal cuisine and an excellent selection of wines. RADIO is, according to several MICHELIN inspectors, a restaurant they would like to see on their own street.

Nok Nok – Is a Tallinn restaurant offering authentic Thai cuisine in a colourful and lively atmosphere. The MICHELIN inspectors particularly enjoyed the chicken satay, rich curries, and delicious desserts.

New Green Star

This year, MICHELIN’s Green Star restaurant list includes the addition of Kolm Sõsarat in Lüllemägi, Valgamaa, the award  which is also held by Fotografiska and SOO, recognises a restaurant’s commitment to sustainabilty. “Kolm Sõsarat enriches the restaurant guide range thanks to its prestigious principles and passionate owners who radiate warmth and passion. It is a truly special place,” said Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of Restaurant Guides at MICHELIN.
