What you can do in Tallinn this Easter

When you travel to Estonia during Easter you should note that Good Friday, March 29, and Easter Sunday, March 31, are public holidays in the country. However, Easter Monday, April 1, is a regular workday. On public holidays in Estonia, some restaurants, tourist attractions, and shops have shorter opening hours, but rarely are they closed completely – unlike in many other countries.
Visit Tallinn has compiled a list of the opening hours of Tallinn’s most popular attractions on its website. The list of which can be found here.
Visit Tallinn has also launched the Tallinn Card application, which is especially useful for travellers. The application can be downloaded either from Apple’s App Store or the Google Play store.
It is also worth noting that major roadworks are taking place in central Tallinn at the moment, which may cause delays to journeys by car and public transport. You can read more about these and plan your trip accordingly here.
