This Saturday evening, February 24, forty one-night-only restaurants will open along the full length of the 175 km long Peipsi Food Street in eastern Estonia as part of – crazy TäiskuuÖÖsööming (Full Moon Night Feast).
Peipsi Lake, which serves as a natural border between Estonia and Russia, has garnered an international reputation for its abundant cultural heritage and excellent cuisine. Renowned for its delectable fish, cherished both within Estonia and abroad, the region is also celebrated for the renowned Sibulatee (Onion Road in English), which offers a variety of premium fresh produce beyond just onions.
This Saturday, starting at 5 pm, 40 one-night only restaurants will open along the 175 km long Peipsi Food Street – from Põhja Peipsi Köök just south of Jõhvi to the home restaurant Maagõkõnõ in Setomaa.
As well as delicious food, diners will also be invited to take part in activities intended for the whole family.
You can find the full list of restaurants taking part, along with their menus on the official crazy TäiskuuÖÖsööming website (in Estonian).
