A new exhibition has opened at the OBJEKT multimedia future hub in Narva, which explores what kind of art is being made by the new generation of young artists in Ida-Virumaa.
The exhibition, entitled “”The Young Unknown”, looks to answer a number of questions, from what kind of art is being created by young artists in Ida-Virumaa to how they interpret our time through their art? The overarching theme being the unknown.
Through their works, the artists find a path towards a new kind of understanding. The very act of being creative like holding a key that unlocks a door to the unexplored and hidden corners of our minds that have been sealed for a long time. Each work of art is a puzzle piece that is trying to solve secrets and find hidden meanings that don’t always reveal themselves right away.
The exhibition which is curated by artist Eduard Zentsik and the SillArt Gallery, will be open at theOBJEKT multimedia future hub in Narva until December 31, 2023.
