Evening of Italian Opera tomorrow in Tallinn’s town hall

Tomorrow, July 18, visitors to Tallinn’s town hall will be treated to an evening of Italian opera. The concert, which is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of legendary prima donna Maria Callas, will include arias from the works of Donizetti, Bellini, Verdi, Puccini and Mascagni.
The Evening of Italian Opera will be performed by soprano Angela Papale who has received numerous praise for her wonderful lyric timbre, rich in nuance and colour. The one-and-a-half-hour-long concert, which will be conducted by maestro Fabio Marra will see beloved arias from the works of Donizetti, Bellini, Verdi, Puccini and Mascagni, as well as songs by Paolo Tosti performed.
The concert, which is supported by the Embassy of Italy, is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the legendary prima donna Maria Callas.
Tickets for the concert, which range in price from 16.20-21.20 euros are available at Piletilevi.
