This year’s Tallinn Architecture Biennale (TAB) will showcase Estonian architectural culture, provide opportunities to discuss pressing issues, and explore the future of the architecture sector. The two-month long festival will offer a wide range of events tailored to architecture enthusiasts and professionals alike.

This year, the central theme of the festival, which will take place from October 1 to November 30 is “Resources for the Future”.

According to the curators, Daniel A. Walser from Zurich, Anhelina L. Starkova from Kharkiv, João Charters Monteiro from Lisbon, and Jaan Kuusemets from Tallinn the biennale will address how to utilise available resources effectively within architecture. “We aim to focus on various levels, ranging from architecture, typology, and materials to urban planning,” they stated. The biennale will not only provide a local context, but will also offer an international perspective, inviting participation and dialogue to enhance architectural and urban environments around the world.

You can learn more about the Tallinn Architecture Biennale, which is now in its 7th editon, on the official TAB website
