With plenty of time before the holidays, why not get all the stress of shopping over with, and in one warm place? The 28th annual St Martin’s Fair in Tallinn’s Unibet Arena provides just this wonderful shopping experience. You will be able to find the best handicrafts and works of art produced in Estonia, and for great prices!
Shoppers and visitors will be overcome with the friendly aroma of juniper wood from the islands, every imaginable preserve, colourful carpets, paintings, and more. This is a family event as well, so be sure to bring the kids. There will be several events organised to keep them occupied while you shop until your heart’s content.
Food won’t only be available to purchase and take home, however. You’ll be able to feast on countless homemade Estonian baked goods, traditional meals and foods, and more. Your ears will also be able to feast on the all-day concerts of folk musicians and groups.
If that’s not enough, if you’d like to learn how to actually make these goods, and perform these dances and songs, there are countless workshops available all day long, every day of the fair.
The full programme for the St Martin’s Fair is available here. Tickets can be purchased in advance here. Entrance is free to all people 19 and under, and fun is free for everyone who goes.
