Mr Tipsy Tour Guides You Into Tallinn’s Nightlife

The evening is bright and warm. Restaurant terraces are filling up, bar doors are constantly opening, music drifts onto the streets, and people are in a festive mood. On Kopli Street walks a man known by name to the bartenders and who smiles at every passerby. He is Arska Kopli, the founder of Mr Tipsy Tour.
I ask Arska directly: “What exactly is the Tipsy Tour?”
“Mr Tipsy Tour is above all a way to turn an ordinary night out into an unforgettable story. It’s not just about a bar crawl, but about exploring Tallinn’s nightlife while having fun, and discovering surprising places. What makes the experience personal is that I treat every group like a bunch of old friends I just haven’t partied with yet. I adapt the route according to the mood and make sure everyone feels like the star of the night,” Arska explains.

Stories, not just bars
Arska says he doesn’t just take his customers around Tallinn’s bars—he aims to offer stories.
“I know the bartenders, DJs, bouncers, and probably their dogs, too! We skip queues, get special deals, and always end up where the action is. I don’t lead people around like a drunken herd—I want to create a good vibe.”
Since there are so many pubs, bars, and nightclubs in Tallinn, I ask how Arska chooses the stops on his tour.
“Very carefully—and sometimes also with a hangover! Every place on the route is selected based on the atmosphere, quality, crowd, and uniqueness. I only take guests to places where the cocktails are good, the music isn’t bad, and the bartenders genuinely smile. The tour mixes traditional Tallinn pubs, speakeasies, and top clubs.”
Summer is the best party time. “Tallinn buzzes with tourists and festivals from May to September. The magical white nights keep people going late into the night,” Arska says. He also stresses that you don’t have to join the tour only on weekends, because even during the week there’s plenty of action in the Estonian capital. “Don’t underestimate Wednesday—that’s when the locals go out, and the night can become deliciously spontaneous!”
Mr Tipsy Tour runs on average 15–20 tours per month, depending on the season. Group sizes are usually 8–20 people—big enough to party, but small enough to keep the vibe personal. The company also organises private tours, stag and hen parties, birthdays, and corporate team days.

Plans to expand services
Arska has plans to expand the concept with themed parties, VIP collaborations, and various party formats like hen and stag nights, birthday parties, private events, limousine crawls, boat parties, and even party bus tours with pole dancing and karaoke. There are also upcoming seasonal Tipsy Adventures events outside of Tallinn, such as beach and brewery parties, and winter pub crawls in snowy Estonia.
“My goal is to make Mr Tipsy Tour an international nightlife brand that brings party people together around the world under one motto: Don’t just drink—create memories worth toasting to.”
