Public transport will run after midnight this New Year in Tallinn

As a result of New Year’s celebrations, additional services will run on key bus, tram, and trolleybus routes in Tallinn until 3 am. Some services will also be slightly rerouted as a result of the festivities.
The services that will run past midnight will be tram number 2, trolleybus lines 1 and 3, as well as busses 1, 5, 8, 18, 40, 42, 60, and 73.
Trams on line 2 between Kopli and Suur-Paala will run at 20-minute intervals from 00:40, until 3 am. Trolleybus line 1 will run every 30 minutes from 00:45, until 2:45 am. And trolleybus line 3 will run every 30 minutes from 00:30 until 3 am.

As well as additional services after midnight, some services will be slightly rerouted as a result of the celebrations at Freedom Square, these include Trolleybus routes 1 and 3, along with bus routes 2, 3, 16, 21, 21B, 23, 24, 35, 40, 41, 41B, 42. Additionally, tram lines 3, 4, and 5 will be suspended from 11 pm on New Year’s Eve.
