A little café with delicious pastries and coffee in Telliskivi

If you are anything like me, you get a regular craving for a delicious pastry and a hot drink (the latter especially now that it is cold outside). I know that many of you are also coffee aficionados, always in search of a great cup.

If you are in Telliskivi and in search of a tasty pastry or cup of coffee it is hard to choose anywhere other than Fika. This trendy little café in the Loomelinnak shopping complex is a great place to sit down for a few minutes after some shopping and enjoy a good cuppa and a little snack.

Fika is especially popular with two types of customers, those wanting to grab a quick drink and something to eat on their way to work/at lunchtime (there are a number of office buildings near by), and those that work remotely. It is worth bearing in mind that Fika is not a place where you would want to work for many hours though because the chairs are hard, and most do not have a back.

This aside, apart from RØST, it is hard to find a place in Tallinn where you will find better baked goods than Fika. They also have a nice selection of sandwiches too if you are looking for something a bit more filling.

Fika is open from  8 am – 5 pm on weekdays, making it a great place to start your day, and from 10 am – 5 pm on weekends.
