Design your own board game at the Board Game Hackathon

A three-day Board Game Hackathon will take place at Aparaaditehas in Tartu this weekend (November 1 to 3). The event will give board game enthusiasts aged 14 and over the chance to turn their ideas into a reality and learn how to create a board game from scratch.
Over the course of three days, participants will brainstorm, prototype and test their ideas, gaining hands-on experience in game design. No prior knowledge of board game development is required – just a passion for board games and a willingness to put new ideas into practice.
The event includes an overnight stay at Tartu Lille Youth Centre and daytime activities at Aparaaditehas. For a fee of just five euros, participants can also enjoy breakfast and lunch throughout the hackathon.
