The hotel has 70 rooms: Classic rooms, of which there are 50, are located in the new part of the building, which overlooks Toomemägi or the courtyard. 11 superior rooms are located in the new part of the building. Five executive rooms are located in the historic part of the hotel. Three of the four suites are located in the new part of the hotel and one is in the historical part of the building.
