Juicy pork with whiskey sauce

Located in the Old Town the Talukõrts tavern has added barbecued pork to the menu.

Barbecue means long cooking time, with the infusion of grilled and smoky flavours to the meat. Slow cooking ensures juicy and soft meat. The taste is smoky and the addition of a little barbecue sauce is a match made in heaven. At Talukõrts the barbecued pork is served with a side of grilled vegetables and a whiskey sauce. And in the tradition of the restaurant, a free shot of vodka is served on the side. This large serving of pork (€12) is the ideal meal for advent. It’s a lot of food but not too much and the restaurant is centrally located in the Old Town.
