This change in speed limits is valid on 2+1 and 2+2 roads. It is important to point out that should the winter weather be better and warmer than expected, the authorities may raise the limits back to<b> <\/b>110km\/h.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">These speed limits are advisory, not mandatory. Therefore, no speeding tickets or such penalties will be handed out to drivers on the roads mentioned who are travelling below the<b> <\/b>110km\/h national speed limit.
