We make people happy\u201d, continues P\u00fcssa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\">The best feedback came from an Italian customer, who said that this gelato was the best to be had outside of Bolzano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>P\u00fcssa<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> and her business partner <\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>Kristen Tuulmets<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> learned all the secrets of gelato-making in Bologna at the \u201cgelato university\u201d. The area is the heart of gelato-making in Italy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cWe wanted to make authentic Italian gelato, the traditional way\u201d. Though she admits that the flavour had to be adjusted for Estonian palates, as Italians like their gelato very sweet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\">The most popular flavours are pistachio and hazelnut, as well as different sorbets. There are 18 different flavours available at any given time, which changes regularly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cWe make our gelato daily. We make 30-40 different flavours\u201d. P\u00fcssa\u2019s favourite is made with fresh peppermint.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\">You can watch the gelato being made behind the glass in the gelato machine, which is the most important element in the kitchen, as well as the ingredients, of course. Cones are also made fresh on site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\">You can also enjoy other Italian delicacies like coffee, wine, beer, prosecco and lemonade at Gelato Ladies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\">So how does the gelato taste? We tried pistachio and hazelnut, as well as strawberry sorbet.
