Over two days, a total of 14 Estonian companies were represented at the Messukeskus exhibition centre, forming the largest group of foreign participants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">At the Estonian joint stand, visitors could sample a wide range of products, including meat and <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/kikas.ee\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">poultry<\/span><\/a><\/span>, fresh and frozen <a href=\"https:\/\/export.eestipagar.ee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">baked goods<\/span><\/span><\/a>, <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.marmiton.ee\/en\/100-years-of-baking-history\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">biscuits<\/span><\/a><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mosaaremaa.ee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">cheeses<\/span><\/a><\/span>, mayonnaise, soft drinks made from quince, known as the \u201cnorthern lemon\u201d, as well as sauces and <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vinkymon.ee\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">marinades<\/span><\/a><\/span> enhanced with black garlic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Visitors were also introduced to <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/scanolabaltic.ee\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">rapeseed oil<\/span><\/a><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.polvenfoods.ee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">sweetened condensed milk<\/span><\/a><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/lafroza.ee\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">frozen herbs<\/span><\/a><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/lafroza.ee\/en\/product-category\/puuvilja-ja-marjasnaksid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">fruit and berry snacks<\/span><\/a><\/span> produced using specialised drying techniques, and <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/thormi.ee\/en\/homepage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">vegan ready meals<\/span><\/a><\/span> and pea protein products that have won the \u201cbest in category\u201d Gulfood Innovation Award at the world\u2019s largest industry trade fair in Dubai.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Also present with its own products was a company from L\u00e4\u00e4ne-Viru County where <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/visit.moe.ee\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">spirits<\/span><\/a><\/span> have been distilled since 1886. It is managed by Estonian Chamber of Agriculture and Commerce.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">April coffee festival celebrates its 10th edition in Tallinn<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">While exhibitors offered tastings, Tiit Sarv, CEO of ProfExpo, which represents the Helsinki Messukeskus in Estonia, informed visitors about this year\u2019s food-related events in Tallinn. The Estonian counterpart to Gastro, the professional event FoodFair 2026, to be held in September at Unibet Arena, will be preceded in spring by an event open to all visitors, the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/tallinncoffeefestival.ee\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">Tallinn Coffee Festival<\/span><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The aroma of coffee will fill the city and the Kultuurikatel event centre near the harbour for two days on 25\u201326 April. Celebrating its tenth edition, the festival offers the chance to taste some of the world\u2019s best coffees and explore the latest trends, bean varieties, equipment, Estonian micro-roasteries, and the country\u2019s leading coffee and barista professionals. These professionals will compete in front of audiences in latte art and in identifying coffee varieties as quickly as possible for the Estonian championships.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Nearly 80 exhibitors will take part in the festival. In addition to coffee enthusiasts, there will be flavour experiences for lovers of tea and cocoa. DJs will create the event atmosphere, and local street food, pastries and other treats will also be available.
