The works in the exhibition are all taken with mobile phone cameras and share the theme of rain. Featured artists include Lithuanian art historian and photographer Virginijus Kin\u010dinaitis as well as students from the Pallas University of Applied Sciences.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 16\u201322 March Saaremaa Restaurant Week<\/b><\/a>, Kuressaare<\/p>\n Chefs in Kuressaare and nearby areas on Saaremaa will serve special three-course dinner menus during Restaurant Week. Special accommodation packages are also available.<\/p>\n For the final two weeks, Telliskivi Creative City hosts the exhibition \u201cArt of The Brick\u201d, featuring 70 sculptures created from more than a million LEGO bricks by American artist Nathan Sawaya, including interpretations of famous artworks.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 17 March St Patrick\u2019s Day<\/b><\/a>, Tallinn<\/p>\n Tallinn turns green on the evening dedicated to Ireland\u2019s patron saint St Patrick. Irish pubs such as Mad Murphy\u2019s and Kennedy\u2019s will host live music and festive celebrations. In the Kalamaja area, Kartul Caf\u00e9 will organise a \u201cBeer and Paint Night\u201d art workshop.<\/p>\n Mezzo-soprano Karis Trass, violinist Kaija Lukas, and pianist Jaan Ots will perform romantic melodies and poetic sonatas by Franz Schubert and Johannes Brahms.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 19 March Narva Jazz Club: Poetry Concert<\/b><\/a>, Narva<\/p>\n Jazz musician Oleg Pissarenko performs new minimalist compositions while actor Guido Kangur reads excerpts from Estonian poets such as Doris Kareva and Jaan Kaplinski.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 20 March Spring Folk in Caf\u00e9s<\/b><\/a>, Viljandi Students of traditional music spend the afternoon performing free mini-concerts in caf\u00e9s around Viljandi. In the evening there is a paid folk concert at the Viljandi Traditional Music Centre.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
