Much of it is experimental, and those who attend are welcome and encouraged to take part in workshops offered at the festival. This year\u2019s event takes place 13\u201315 March in Tallinn\u2019s Paavli Culture Factory, at Paavli 7 in Northern Tallinn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The self-described \u201cexploratory music and media festival\u201d is more than a traditional concert series. Through the intersection of music, installation art, and technology, Dreamscape creates an immersive environment of experimentation. Of note will be a performance Saturday night by Estonian folk violinist and star, <b>Maarja Nuut<\/b>. The art installations will be open at various times throughout the festival, and the workshops will mostly focus on music production, as well as creative practise. One of the workshops will even be run by <b>Mike Paradinas<\/b>, better known by his stage name <span class=\"s1\">\u03bc-Ziq, pronounced like \u201cmusic\u201d. Paradinas is widely regarded as a pioneer of \u201cintelligent dance music\u201d, or IDM.
