Organised by the Pille Lill Music Fund, or PLMF, and proudly carrying the EFFE quality label for 2026\u20132027, the festival continues its mission to bring world-class music to Tallinn while helping the next generation of musicians.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">This year\u2019s festival takes place in several of the city\u2019s most popular venues, including Tallinn\u2019s Town Hall, Swedish St Michael\u2019s Church, and the Jaan Poska House, creating a warm and welcoming cultural experience in the heart of winter.
