What makes this year special is there will be a drum accompaniment to the spectacle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">When the old Christmas trees have been piled high, and the fire is lit, a drum performance by <b>Siim Koppel<\/b> and <b>Siim J\u00f5gioja<\/b> will begin\u2014two drummers, it <i>seems<\/i>\u2026pun intended. There will also be what the organisers are calling \u201cself-service marshmallow-roasting caf\u00e9s\u201d, meaning you bring the marshmallows and skewers, and fire will be provided. An actual caf\u00e9 will also be on site where you can purchase warm drinks for what is sure to be a cold evening.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">While the event itself is scheduled to last approximately one hour, visitors can certainly stay as long as they like. The <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.erm.ee\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">Estonian National Museum<\/span><\/a><\/span>, or ERM, is right next door, so this is a perfect opportunity to visit it during the day, if you have never been before. Tartu\u2019s famous <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/tagurpidimaja.ee\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">Upside Down House<\/span><\/a><\/span> is also in the immediate vicinity, something that makes for a perfect day for families with children.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The Christmas tree bonfire event will also feature works by the local community\u2019s fire sculpture workshop\u2014yes, such a thing exists, because\u2026Estonia.
