Visitors can attend from 11:00 to 18:00 on both days, and interact with the South American animals. This won\u2019t just be a petting zoo though, as local vendors will set up shop so visitors will have a wide selection of handicrafts, foods, and drinks to choose from.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The entire farm has been decorated for the holidays, with thousands of lights shining throughout. Alpacas, known for being fairly intelligent pack animals that can actually communicate with body language and humming sounds, are sure to enjoy the festive atmosphere as well.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Known for their incredibly soft fleeces, alpacas are friendly animals closely related to llamas, though slightly smaller. Children love them for their full, fluffy faces. If you or your child would like to be photographed with an alpaca, there will be a photographer on site.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Enjoy the Are Meierei Caf\u00e9 if you would like a snack or more. There will also be a fire for roasting sausages and marshmallows.
