This is the real safety ranking in Europe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The British cruise and city travel company Riviera Travel recently ranked European cities by safety, referring to Numbeo\u2019s statistics. You can find the ranking <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rivieratravel.co.uk\/blog\/europes-10-safest-cities-revealed-where-travel-complete-peace-mind-2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">here<\/span><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">However, there&#8217;s something questionable in their reporting: Dubrovnik, which they listed as number one, doesn\u2019t even appear in Numbeo\u2019s global City 2025 Safety Index.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">According to Numbeo\u2019s 2025 publicly available safety index, The Hague ranks as the safest city in Europe. Tallinn ranks in 10th place, with eight other European cities ahead of it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Other notable rankings:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">Reykjavik\u201412th<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Copenhagen\u201422nd<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Helsinki\u201427th<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Oslo\u201450th<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Stockholm\u2014way behind in 81st<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">In one thing we can agree with Riviera Travel: Tallinn offers one of the safest city experiences in Northern Europe.
