In summer, guests can step straight from the hotel onto nature trails for a walk or jog. After outdoor activities, you can relax in the hotel\u2019s sauna and pool area or enjoy treatments offered by the Nature Spa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The spa hotel has 62 rooms, 52 of which are standard double rooms. Most rooms have single beds, as the hotel often hosts groups. The ten more spacious suites are ideal for groups of friends or families. Standard rooms do not have a fridge, but food items can be stored in the hotel kitchen during your stay.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is included in the nightly rate, and the buffet meals are fresh and high-quality. The restaurant serves guests all day. In good weather, you can also dine on the summer terrace. Neck massages using bear fat, for example, are great for men,\u201d says Reimann.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The idea of natural wellbeing is also being expanded into the hotel\u2019s outdoor areas.<br>\u201cWe are currently building a meditation area in the yard, where guests can relax and enjoy the forest and lake views. New flowerbeds have already been planted near the shore. Benches will be placed in the nearby forest for sitting and relaxing. There will also be thought-provoking quotes around the area for peaceful contemplation,\u201d Reimann lists.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">In the near future, the hotel plans to offer new holistic health packages. During these treatment days, guests will meet with professionals who provide practical advice on caring for the body and mind. A personalised treatment plan will be created, which guests can continue at home after their visit. \u201cThe treatment concept aims to promote guests\u2019 health through medical research and professional care. Depending on guests\u2019 wishes and needs, services may include genetic testing, bloodwork, and a consultation with a physician. In architecture, this means a harmonious proportion between details and the whole, which creates a balanced and calming space. It is also said to support harmony of the body and mind. The idea came from Kubija\u2019s owner <b>Aigar Pindmaa<\/b>, who designed the spa area himself.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The atmosphere is peaceful around 20:00 when I finally wrap myself in a bathrobe and head to the sauna. The spa area is reserved for adults in the evenings. Indoors, there\u2019s a steam\u2013salt sauna, juniper sauna, aroma sauna, and traditional steam sauna, as well as five different pools. Outdoors, by the lakeshore, there are two more steam saunas with terraces overlooking the tranquil lake view. The international vibe is evident\u2014that evening, conversations in Finnish, Estonian, Russian, and Italian fill the air.
