The annual Food Film Festival in Kino S\u00f5prus (Tallinn) offers a selection of documentaries dedicated to cuisine. Behind-the-scenes glimpses into the restaurant industry from around the world, the personal stories of Michelin-star chefs, and a lot more are revealed on the big screen at this festival.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">This year\u2019s film selection starts with \u201cBuddha Jumps Over the Wall\u201d, a documentary about a Spanish Michelin chef in Taipei and the experience of opening a new restaurant in a completely different culture. Opening remarks courtesy of the Spanish embassy to Estonia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">On Friday, watch \u201cThe Chef &amp; the Daruma\u201d, the story of Chef Tojo from Japan. Widely considered the father of the California roll in North America, Chef Tojo has operated his restaurant in Vancouver for over 50 years.
