Formed in 1991, the multiple award-winning band has released nearly 20 studio albums, and their concerts number in the thousands. Their self-described style of music, \u201curban folk\u201d, came to life in Tartu in response to the deluge of electronic music from the 80s and early 90s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The band\u2019s original lineup consists of <b>Jaan S\u00f6\u00f6t<\/b>, <b>Tarvo Jaaksoo<\/b>, <b>T\u00f5nu Tiim<\/b>, and <b>Teet Velling<\/b>, and other Estonian greats such as <b>Riho Sibul<\/b> have also joined their ranks. They have also been closely associated with other ensembles, such as J\u00e4\u00e4boiler and InBoiler.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">As quoted on the concerts\u2019 official event pages, the band says, \u201cThe circle is full, life goes on, and people change. The mark we left is apparent, it has stood the test of time.\u201d While these last two live concerts will be the end of their ice age, fans can certainly expect more from the individual members of one of Estonia\u2019s greatest bands. For now, \u201cThese songs will only be available on the newly minted double vinyl\u201d, even though their music is also widely available on Spotify and other platforms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Tickets for J\u00e4\u00e4\u00e4\u00e4r\u2019s farewell concert in Tallinn are sold out, but tickets for their very last concert, on 29 March in the Vanemuine Concert Hall in Tartu, are <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.piletitasku.ee\/et\/event\/7446\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">available here<\/span><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; J\u00e4\u00e4\u00e4\u00e4r, whose name means \u201cthe edge of the ice\u201d, are at the edge of their live music careers.
