Established by Olympic medalist J\u00fcri Jaanson in 2001, the event is designed to include participants of all ages and athletic abilities. With races for children, grownups and wheelchair users over varying distances.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Family-Friendly Activities<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><b><\/b>Kicking off on Saturday, the event will feature a variety of activities suitable for the entire family. Highlights include children\u2019s races, a wheelchair race, and the P\u00e4rnu Evening Race, a 3 km run open to everyone. This year\u2019s event will also showcase local sports clubs, hobby schools, and companies, providing opportunities for visitors and runners alike to take part in fun activities and learn about various sports.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Competitive Racing<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><b><\/b>Sunday\u2019s agenda includes the main 10 km race and walking event, which adheres to international standards and is certified. Runners will get to enjoy a scenic route along the picturesque banks of the P\u00e4rnu River. This race is part of the Estonian City Runs series and is the second event in the triple-event series organised by the P\u00e4rnu Two Bridges Sports Club.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Virtual Participation<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><b><\/b>For those unable to attend in person, a virtual run option is available from August 15 to September 15.
